The American Dream Mall is not only one of the largest shopping malls in the US, it also has several huge theme parks like the Nickelodeon Indoor Theme Park (the largest in North America) and the DreamWorks Water Park. You can definitely spend at least one day here.
If you want to spend a weekend or several days, you can even stay at one of the many hotels near the American Dream Mall. But which hotel at the American Dream Mall are the best? In this article, I’ll tell you my hotel tips and recommendations.

3 stars | The Best Western Premier NYC Gateway Hotel is by far the most highly rated hotel near the American Dream Mall and MetLife Stadium. Why? The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, and its location makes it ideal for visitors to New York City.
If you want to get to Manhattan from here, you have a choice of taking the shuttle bus to Times Square from the hotel ($10, you’ll ride 10 minutes) or the regular bus. The bus stop is at the Aldi and is only a 10 minute walk away. The ticket costs $3.50 and takes you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan.

3 stars | When you walk into the hotel and see your rooms, you will hardly believe that this is a 3-star hotel. Many a 4-star hotel I have visited was not as nice and stylish.
You can end your day in the hotel’s bar or restaurant or plan your shopping trip to the American Dream Mall. It is my hotel tip because the Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel is in a great location and you will definitely feel at home here.

3 stars | Located in Carlstadt, Springhill Suites offers a fitness center, a terrace and a 24-hour front desk. The rooms are large, modern and can accommodate up to 6 people, so they’re perfect if you want to take the family to nearby American Dream Mall Water Park, for example. MetLife Stadium is also within walking distance.
Since the Springhill Suites are stylishly decorated and modern, it’s the best hotel near the American Dream Mall for me. Definitely recommended!

4 stars | I love the W Hotels and have stayed there myself several times. Besides the W Hotel at Union Square in Manhattan, there is also a hotel in New Jersey located directly at the Hudson River. Still, it’s not far from MetLife Stadium and the American Dream Mall.
It’s a modern, beautiful and very stylish with a sensational view of the New York City skyline. When booking, make sure you choose the rooms with a view of the Hudson River. Another tip: the hotel’s own restaurant Halifax is amazing!

Special extras to mention are the free breakfast and the swimming pool. My conclusion: definitely check it out!

It has more than one highlight to offer: from many rooms you have an incredible view of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline, there is a rooftop bar and the close proximity to the PATH makes it so popular.
The rooms are very spacious, stylishly decorated and some have their own small kitchen including a microwave. That makes it especially interesting for families with children. And the best part? Despite all these advantages, it has a very good value for money!
Even though it’s not quite as close to the American Dream Mall and MetLife Stadium compared to the other hotels, I didn’t want to keep it from you. Because both are still quickly reached and in addition you can enjoy a beautiful view of the skyline of New York City with the all towering One World Trade Center.
