Our Highlight
Banter NYC is one of the best and most popular brunch restaurants in New York’s Greenwich Village and is always a favorite of mine. The espresso is super delicious, not to mention the breakfast. What you should try there and a few impressions of the Banter I show you here.
By the way, it’s just a block away from 12 Chairs in SoHo – which is also where I go every time I have my hotel in SoHo.
Banter NYC: Impressions
Since Covid, you can now sit both inside and outside. We opted for an outdoor table this time because it’s so great for people-watching!
Food & Coffee
Among other things, the Banter NYC in the Village is known for their delicious avocado toast (which is actually avocado on sourdough bread) – now we had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, granola with fresh fruit, and a coffee Americano to go with it. Later, another espresso, which tasted nice and fruity.
Reservations are not possible!
Is Banter NYC good?
Definitely! The atmosphere is quite relaxed even for a cafe, the food is super delicious, and you’re right in the middle of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in New York. Plan a little time if you come during rush hour (10-15 minutes) – because you can’t reserve in advance, unfortunately!
