Alex Edelman’s one-man show, “Just For Us,” is a comedic exploration of his Orthodox Jewish upbringing and the anti-Semitic hate he received on Twitter from local neo-Nazi and white supremacist groups. In response, Edelman did what anyone would: infiltrated one of the group’s local meetings.
Through this experience, Edelman examines his own identity as a white Jew and how it intersects with racism in America today. He recounts stories from his life that are both funny and thought-provoking, challenging us to confront our own biases and prejudices. By combining comedy with personal stories, Alex Edelman’s “Just For Us” offers an insightful look into race relations in America today.
