Refinery Rooftop offers everything you’d expect from an NYC bar, a menu of delicious dishes and a wide array of cocktails, beers, wines, and other spirits. But they also serve quite a few mocktails, for those that don’t want any alcohol. And despite the premier location and elegant surroundings, all of their menu items are competitively priced. Cocktails are around $19 each, beer is around $8, and wine will depend on the brand.
